Important Instructions :
  • All qualified candidates of GPTR-2018 examination (M.Phil. & Ph.D. programmes) and candidates through NET/JRF are requested to download their call letters for interview from the link provided on the University website (www.gbu.ac.in and www.mygbu.in) from 12th June, 2018 onwards.
  • All qualified candidates of P07 (MBA) programme can download their call letters for Group Discussion/Personal Interview from the link provided on the University website (www.gbu.ac.in and www.mygbu.in) from 9th June, 2018 onwards.
  • The details of counseling schedule and call letters for U04 and U07 programmes can be downloaded from the link provided on the University website (www.gbu.ac.in and www.mygbu.in) from 9th June, 2018 onwards.
  • The details of counseling schedule and call letters for all other programmes can be downloaded from 12th June, 2018 onwards.
  • Counseling at Gautam Buddha University shall take place according to the rank of the candidate in GPTU/GPT-2018 and subsequently, on the basis of Group Discussion/Interview results only for MBA programme.
  • The counseling of following programmes is scheduled as per below mentioned details:
    • The counseling for U07 (BA. LL.B.) programme is scheduled on 18th and 19th June, 2018.
    • The counseling for U04 (BBA-MBA Dual Degree) programme is scheduled on 19th and 20th June 2018.
    • The counseling for U01/L01 (B.Tech.) programmes is scheduled on 3rd and 4th July 2018.
    • The counseling for U03, U05, P01, P03, P04, P05, P06, P08, P25, P26 and P27 programmes is scheduled on 6th July 2018.
  • Group Discussion/Personal Interview for P07 (MBA) programme is scheduled on 18th June, 2018.
  • Interviews for all M.Phil. and Ph.D. programmes are scheduled on 29th and 30th June 2018.
  • Issuance of rank details doesn’t guarantee admission to various programmes of the University.
  • The University reserves the right to correct any in-advertent error done during the entire admission process.
  • Candidates must download their counseling letters from the link provided on the University website (www.gbu.ac.in and www.mygbu.in) and carry the same before appearing in their respective counseling sessions.
